Shamanistic Practices
ANNUAL SHAMANIC SEMINAR
By definition, a Shaman is a priest who uses magic to heal the sick, see the future, and influence events. A dedicated Shaman knows, above all, how to “capture” themselves. The POWER of shamanic practices can unlock personal transformation, lead to deep realizations, and completely change the way we perceive events in our lives and the world around us.
Imagine being able to see the roots of the illusion of “separation” and remembering that we are all interconnected within the cosmic web. Imagine experiencing transformational moments that awaken our intuitive abilities and give us the opportunity to act with clarity and purpose. To overcome the limitations of time and space, and to feel the wisdom of the elders from ancient cultures.
Shamanic rituals, ceremonies, and traditions represent humanity’s first spiritual experiences. They embody a worldview—a way of living in harmony with the spirits of nature. The Shaman is psychically connected to the Universe and possesses powerful techniques and intuitive methods for achieving a special type of experience: a journey to the depths of our inner cosmos. Through these mystical encounters, we strive to reconnect with our roots, find spiritual balance, and understand our place in the Universe.
The seminar includes: Magical Tools:
➢ Shamanic rituals for working with spaces, determining the “spirit of the place”, and finding or creating a “power place”; forming a magical circle; a ritual for dispersing negative energy.
➢ Mate Ceremony: what Yerba Mate is, how it is prepared, consumed, and shared.
➢ A ritual for cleansing the energy body of impurities and attachments using the power of the elements—wood, fire, water, and earth.
➢ Rituals for releasing old patterns, creating new beginnings, and establishing a sense of belonging.
➢ Preparation and storage of living water; protection during sleep.
This is a completely unique seminar that takes place only once a year—at the end of June, around the time of the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. It is a time filled with hope and faith in the benevolent forces of nature—a day of insights and reflection. On the night of the dying and reborn sun, the healing power of plants reaches its peak. It is a time for herbalists and shamans when every herb holds healing properties, every spell works, and every divination comes true. It is believed that during this time, the sun bathes in the waters, making them magical and healing.
This seminar is open to everyone. No prior knowledge or special skills are required to participate.
When: Every year at the end of June. For up-to-date information, check our website calendar.
Where: Outdoors, in a meadow near Sofia. The exact location is shared with all registered participants two days before the seminar.
Facilitators: Rositsa Georgieva and Ivelina Ninova
