Strandzha
Strandja is the most mystical mountain and the least known in Bulgaria, full of the most secrets. It is saturated with places of power, most of which are Thracian sanctuaries and shrines, but the special energy of the mountain can be felt everywhere.
The journey is 6 days in total. The following program is planned:
Day 1 – September 2nd – arrival with own transport, check-in, relaxation at the spa center, and dinner.
Day 2 – September 3rd – Sveti Marina* and Indipascha** – the journey is by off-road vehicles and lasts the whole day.
Day 3 – September 4th – Mishkova Niva and the peak of Golyamo Gradishte with the presumed tomb of the goddess Bastet.
Day 4 – September 5th – Thracian sanctuary "Kamaka", Chapel with the "Holy Trinity" cave (near the village of Gramatikovo) – walking for 1h 30min at a slow pace.
Day 5 – September 6th – Chapel "Saint Petka" (the oldest in Strandja, near the village of Kalovo), walking route 2 hours, and the Dolmen "Chardak" (if there is time).
Day 6 – September 7th – departure and on the way – optional visit to the cult complex Begliktash.
We will be accompanied by a local guide throughout the journey. Most of the places we will visit are highly energetic, some are healing, others are wish-fulfilling. The program includes performing ancient wish-fulfilling rituals and meditations. It is good to bring something small (a stone, an icon, candles) to leave at some of the places, especially if you want the energies of these places to help you receive something in your life. Also, bring bottles for water. A list with everything necessary will be provided separately. You may intend everything, from conceiving a child (at Sveti Marina), health, new job, new partner, etc. The important thing is to have the right mindset and motivation.
The journey is not physically demanding. There are short transitions that are not difficult and not every day. For most of the days, we will be able to return to the hotel early enough for spa relaxation before dinner.
All registered participants will receive a detailed list of what to bring for the rituals and additional information about the trip itself.
*The cave Sveti Marina is one of the most mystical and energetically powerful places in Strandja. It used to be a Thracian sanctuary. Water flows from the ceiling and walls, which is believed to be healing and brings restoration. Sveti Marina is a fire-dancer saint, considered the patroness of waters and marriage. She helped infertile women conceive. She was also considered the mistress of snakes, healing from their bites. In Bulgarian tradition, she is considered the sister of Saint Elijah, the master of the sky, thunder, and rain. Often, when people built a chapel in honor of one of them, they built a chapel nearby in honor of the other. Even their holidays are close – Saint Marina's holiday is on July 17th (the third of the Hot Days), and Saint Elijah's holiday is on July 20th (Ilinden). Sveti Marina never told her brother when his holiday would be, because he celebrated by sending torrential rains and thunder to the earth. Both saints are highly respected in Strandja.
The site is located in a border area and has restricted access.
**Indipascha is a rock shrine in Strandja, where healing water drips from an overhanging rock. The place used to be a Thracian sanctuary, is little known, and has incredibly strong energy. It is visited by people seeking healing. It is believed that the water has healing powers.
There is a legend about a blind ox, abandoned in the forest by its owner to find peace in death. After some time, the ox returned, able to see. This happened several times – the ox would go blind, the owner would leave him in the forest, and the ox would return with sight. Eventually, the owner decided to find out what was happening. He hid and followed the ox. He discovered that the ox drank water and washed its eyes at a mysterious place – water flowing from a rock. Thus, the Indipascha sanctuary and its healing power were discovered.

The price includes 6 overnight stays with breakfast and dinner, spa center, local guide, off-road transport, and conducting wish-fulfilling meditations and rituals.
The hotel offers wonderful conditions and a large spa center with an indoor and outdoor pool.
The price is based on a group of 16 people. There is a discount for families and early registration until June 10, 2022.
